Services, fees, and cancellation

The scope, fee, payment recipient, cancellation rules and refund arrangements for any coordination service are set out in a separate written agreement before payment or travel commitments. A hospital or third-party travel provider may apply its own terms and collect its own charges. If a signed agreement conflicts with general website content, the signed agreement governs the relevant service to the extent permitted by law.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, impersonate others, submit another person's sensitive information without authority, or republish site content in a misleading way.
