Information transparency
We use identifiable sources, separate general guidance from case-specific facts, clearly label estimates, and explain risks, fees, and items that require hospital confirmation.
Our story, services, and responsibilities
Project origin
Huorio Health began with a practical observation: as China's hospital capabilities and medical infrastructure advanced, many overseas patients still found it difficult to identify reliable information, communicate across languages, and navigate unfamiliar hospital and travel processes.
Our team has worked in China's healthcare sector since 2000. We created Huorio to turn fragmented information and complicated arrangements into a clearer, better-coordinated journey. We help patients understand available pathways, connect with potentially suitable hospitals, and organize nonclinical arrangements. Diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and every clinical decision remain with licensed hospitals and physicians.

How Huorio works
We use identifiable sources, separate general guidance from case-specific facts, clearly label estimates, and explain risks, fees, and items that require hospital confirmation.
We help patients compare practical options and prepare questions without pressure, interference in clinical decisions, or undisclosed material referral interests.
We collect only necessary information, use appropriate communication channels, and respect each patient's consent, culture, preferences, dignity, and pace.
We organize information, questions, hospital contacts, and timelines, and connect agreed language, travel, lodging, transport, and family support without promising acceptance, dates, or outcomes.
Three service tiers
Essential coordination for one patient and up to one companion.
Broader coordination, more on-site time, and a dedicated senior coordinator.
Expanded support for a patient traveling with a larger family group.
Internal role standards, not medical or nursing licenses, credentials, or professional titles.
Fees and payment responsibilities
Quoted and collected by the hospital or its authorized channel. Confirm deposits, additional tests, exclusions, and refund terms directly with the provider.
Covered by a separate written scope and fee for the agreed nonclinical coordination services.
For flights, visas, lodging, meals, transport, companions, and other third-party services, confirm the provider, price, payment recipient, and cancellation terms.
Budget separately for additional tests, complications, companions, and medical or follow-up costs after returning home. Insurance coverage depends on the policy and provider; verify it directly with your insurer before travel.
Clear responsibilities
Trust depends on clear responsibility. We never blur the line between coordination and medicine.
